Michael Van Horenbeeck (MVP)

As a Microsoft Certified Solutions Master (MCSM) and MVP from Belgium, Michael is one of the few people worldwide to hold both the certification and award at the same time. He specializes in Cloud Security & Compliance, Identity Management, Messaging and Collaboration. As a Managing Partner at The Collective, he works with customers of all sizes around the globe, helping them design, implement, secure and manage solutions based on Microsoft 365. He also leads The Collective’s security practice through which his team and him deliver a variety of specialized security services, including an in-house Cloud SOC.

Besides writing about technology for a variety of tech websites, Michael co-authored several books including the first four editions of the ‘Office 365 for IT Professionals’ e-book.

In his little spare time he has left, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and practicing martial arts.

Peter Daalmans (MVP)

Peter is a freelance consultant and Microsoft Certified Trainer at Daalmans Consulting. He primarily focuses on Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Enterprise Mobility. Peter has been awarded with the MVP award for Enterprise Mobility each year since 2012. He is active on his blog,  EMS.world, and is also one of the founders of the Windows Management User Group Netherlands.
He regularly speaks at local and international events and conferences, and has authored several books in the past, including:

Ammar Hasayen (MVP)

Ammar Hasayen, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft MVP| MCT is a leading expert on cybersecurity and cloud computing with over fifteen years of experience working with international enterprises. As a cloud & security architect, Ammar helps organizations in their cloud migrations by adopting security best practices across the globe. He regularly writes and consults on variety of technical and security topics and publishes technical books. Ammar also speaks in many local and international conferences in the United States and Europe about cloud computing and cybersecurity, which makes him a well-known reference for both cloud and security best practices. 

Ahmad Nabil (MVP)

Ahmed Nabil has more than eighteen years of experience in the field of Information Technology/Systems, Infrastructure, Project Management, Information Security, Application development/Automation, Cloud Security and holds several professional IT certifications from Microsoft, CISCO, ISACA, ISC2, PMI, CWNP, PECB and EC- Council. Ahmed is an industry expert in Information Security and Digital Transformation, public speaker at several international conferences all over the world and author of several articles published in different international security magazines.  

Ahmed was awarded the MVP Award in Enterprise security/Cloud and Data Center Management for 7 years in row from 2013 to 2019/2020 for his exceptional knowledge sharing and community leadership. Ahmed was recently selected as a member of the EC-Council CCISO advisory board due to his Industry standing and deep experience. 

Thomas Verwer

Thomas is an community enthusiast participating in Azure, Office 365 and EM+S projects. These technologies are in his comfort zone since the very start of Microsoft’s cloud journey. Release wave 2 of Office 365 is when Thomas started riding the wave, and still is every day.  
 
Besides the product knowledge and field experience Thomas is seen as a strategic and commercial IT professional with great communicative and people skills. Amongst all this he has proven leadership skills and enjoys public speaking about all this! Besides protecting, detecting and responding to threats, he’s a true foody and big wine enthusiast. He’s the founder of the international start-up Nedscaper with a main focus on Azure Sentinel. 

Thijs Lecomte

Thijs is a passionate Modern Workplace Consultant, born and raised in Belgium. He currently works at The Collective Consulting as a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant where he focuses on Client Management, Security and Automation.

In his free time, Thijs is active on the Microsoft TechCommunity where he spreads knowledge and helps other people. On his blog, 365bythijs.be, he shares insights and tips on topics ranging from Microsoft Endpoint Manager to Azure Sentinel and Logic Apps.

Thijs likes to spend time with his family and enjoys running.
